We all work together as a team, if there is an issue or manager always has a solution or asks for opinions to come to a solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid salary and having to work 50+ hours most week with no OT. It would be nice to be able to earn some extra PTO or a comp day.
