The love and compassion for each other and the patients we see.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There needs to be a clear policy on raises, bonuses and performance reviews.

We all support one another and share the same mission and values. We are a family.

This is a career of passion and I love what I do. I enjoy helping pets and pet owners. I enjoy working with my co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an amazing team that always puts the needs of our patients and clients before their own. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. We always go way above and beyond for our clients. We are a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The facility itself has an amazing culture and is a very positive, welcoming environment. The company's actions do not line up with what they say they are about as far a missions and values go and it is rather disappointing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in a hospital that is short staffed and our needs are frequently overlooked. We do not feel valued or appreciated. It appears this company is only concerned with acquiring new facilities and has little to no concern about making the facilities they already have the best they can be.
