When I first started, things were very ounorganized, and I didn;t even have the supplies i needed (computer & phone) until about 3 months into the position. I was suprisied I stuck with it. After change in management in my department, things improved immensely. I enjoy my team!

The ability to share my passion to clients and my teammates regarding animals and community!

They are spread out nationally, but we communicate and support each other everyday. I look forward to sharing stories, ideas, and questions with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the skill set I have is not used to it's full potential. I love my job, but I do feel it is too easy for me.

I have worked for the company for a couple years and not making much more than the local McDonalds cashier. But I love my job and the culture
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With the newest PM hired to this location, Cat Defires, she has been very inclusive and tries her best to involve my department even though we don't work directly together. I appreciate all of her efforts to mesh us together!
