I'm proud to work at my facility. Not Destination Pet. I feel like everything DP does is only good for DP, but not for the facilities. I love coming to work every day, but a lot of times corporate makes it hard to love.

Everyone cares about each other and are understanding

Being around the dogs. There isn't any task that I dislike doing.

We all understand each other, are caring, and are they fantastic at following directions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are overwhelmed, overworked, and underpaid. I feel like no one from corporate takes our concerns seriously, and they feel like they know better than us when we're the ones who work here.
