Things change so often that it is hard to keep up with whatever vision it is by the month or quarter. There seems to be a concerning amount of executive turnover and a very aggressive expansion pace.

Clients hate the new phone system. I personally fear the company is way too aggressive in expansion, especially in the current economic climate

Individual centers seem to be used as test sites for things without consent or consultation on whether or not it would be a good fit for their location
