My direct leaders are responsive and communicate openly about current state of affairs in my department.

I feel that the culture is becoming more front facing with the new management structure in place at DP.

Being productive and active in attending the needs of my centers and providing a clean, safe, secure environment for our employees and pet guests.

My team works as a cohesive unit sharing the same goal of providing the best service possible. We communicate well regarding expectations and challenges to drive result oriented solutions

My team is present and invested in the development of each other. We work to make each other better. We all have areas of opportunity, and we work together to cover any deficiencies and oversights.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is relatively low as compared to the industry standard. A review and revision of my current salary to bring it more in line with the industry standard would be beneficial in future retention.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a fair wage when compared to the industry standard. The benefits are acceptable. Leadership is working on developing better structure for compensation and bonuses. I appreciate the flexability afforded to me in my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in my department communicates well. They keep me up to date on plans, goals, and changes that affect me. We all have room for growth and are working to make sure the needs of our clients are met.
