When I have a probelm the leadship team goes out of thier way to help me or fix an issue that I have. If the person im speaking to doesnt have the answer, we work together to find it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Newer employees make the same amount as myself. A structure raise program would not only motivate me to continue performing at a high level but also foster a positive and rewarding work environment for all employees. One that takes into account seniority/performace/dedication to the company- FAIR
