The GM will help you if you need to change your schedule or need guidance. Most of the staff are friendly and care about the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One of the benefits was supposed to be a certain percentage off of vet care if we went to a DP company, the nearest one is three hours away. Also, lost a week of paid vacation time when DP took over
