Overall, DP is great and my center is fantastic! I do think that their is room for improvement on corporate level and systems that may require tweaking. I also would like to see corporate more involved at a center level and to take more feedback from centers regarding projects and plans.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of communication is "on point". I like that the leadership team continues to keep lower management in the loop on new projects, statistics of the company, and give praise to our centers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see my staff grow and develop. I also enjoy assisting clients and their pets. As a practice manager, I also enjoy seeing my center be successful. Success means that I can do more for my staff, clients, pets, and community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a practice manager, more monetary value for the effort, passion, and time worked. I love this job and will continue to put in the long hours, late nights, passion, and drive to make my center successful. However, my time spent and dedication should be compensated as the same level of my results.
