it's better than i initially thought it would be, but as a state that doesn't have many centers, I feel on my own a lot.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Mostly fine, but communication is very poor. It takes days to hear back about things that need an immediate response. I said in my last survey that more regional managers are needed to cover the country. This is still true.

passionate about the dogs, caring, kind and good with customers

feeling accomplished, when my employees are happy and feel cared for

I like getting feedback about our center compared to the rest of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Bow Wow we are very positive with the dogs & with the people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work very hard as the GM at my center & I cannot afford to live alone
What are some of the best things about your team?
compassion for the animals, friendliness towards the clients, they always go above and beyond to make someone's day.
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing coworkers, hanging out with the dogs, seeing how the business is improving, working to make it better daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we all get along very well & work together as a team to support each other and put the safety and wellbeing of the dogs first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The old bonus structure was much more rewarding, and I was looking at a $3000 bonus for q1 when it was changed without my knowledge after the first quarter ended. I've felt pretty bummed since then.
