Working at the vet clinic is great. Destination Pet as a company upper management changes so frequently and communication between upper management, IT, marketing, facilities, etc is slow and many times confusing or contradicting.

Has been good in the past hence why been here for so long, recently have been feeling like don't matter to the higher ups (CEO, COO, RM's manager) as we are constantly being told we are not doing enough though I don't have enough time in the day to complete all the other tasks that have been assigne

We work well together and help each other other and everyone is friendly and helpful to each other

My RM genuinely seems to care about me and understands issues that I have, and is able to help me work through them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For all the hours i put in at work, usually around 50-60, several of my employees end up making more per hour than i do. And with all the high monthly goals and the orders to micromanage our budgets i feel I'm being told that what I'm doing is not enough or not good enough.

So many additional tasks and asks have been added without increasing compensation and when asked about a raise was told not sure. Stay late and work very hard to get everything done on time and hour for hour some of my staff get paid more than me since I work a lot of overtime but i am salary
