My team willingly does the extra work to prevent it from falling all on one person. They are why I have stayed at this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates and my manager, I would have already moved my talent and skill set elsewhere if not for the particular team I am on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am willingly helping well outside my job description to help propel the company forward, but my compensation and position have remained the same. I haven't gotten a year over year raise, so I am being asked to do more work, for less pay, with less people. Not a company culture I am interested in.
