I am very satisficed with DP, however still recovering from the toxic culture here prior to the transition to DP!

DP over all has been great and gives support as needed. the practice I mange is having a hard time with the transition

The thing I like best about the leadership team is their speedy reply.

I would feel better regarding my compensation if I was paid more or at least paid for over time.

I would like bigger salary. GM is a lot of work and requires more hours then what we are paid for (40 hr\wk)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel that most of my coworker still do not accept my new role as I was promoted to PM. 2 of them do not listen nor care about what I saw.
