
The concept and most of the execution of the company is great. However due the growing pains of DP it feels like the work life balance and the compensation is severely lacking.

Due to the hours invested and the already heavy workload increasing with no end in sight.
Due to understaffing the workload increases and becomes backlogged as it is hard to retain staffing.
I feel that especially on a center managers level there is a lot of openness and willingness to help each other with suggestions
I feel that for the hours invested on a weekly basis the pay is low. My previous position within the company would have led to a higher monthly pay based on the hours I invest weekly
I feel that for the hours invested in the position I get paid less than most of the employees with in the facility. Where as being hourly I would have been paid more fairly for the workload.
