DP has gone through many changes over the past several years. I think as a whole we want to changes at the corporate level that impact us at the center in a positive way. We also need more support and those in the corporation should be willing to help a center before a call

They discuss real issues when on the town hall and monthly leadership issues. Ask for real feedback from the field

We are all transparent with each other and our clients. Always wanting what is best for the pets and each other

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Different bonus structure for center managers. This has changed yearly in the past 3 years. Better insurance. BCBS before had better coverage and each employee is paying more for health insurance. Other companies offer 100% coverage
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are honest and hard working. We communicate well with each other and have a common goal. To be the center of choice in our area and provide the best care to the pets we see. Also creating an amazing client experience.
