I love the people I work for, but overall, we are very understaffed and undervalued. Things seem to be going downhill fairly fast.

I love what I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely hard working and willing to go above and beyond because they care about each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There have been things or concerns risen by many employees and they are not being worked on, or even seemed to be cared about and prioritized. I don't think the managers themselves are to blame, but more so all the meetings and responsibilities they are given that take their focus over.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not get paid enough for all of the work I put in and how much I am expected to do. None of our staff is. We are expected to work in high stress environments and deal with difficult customers and difficult dogs, yet expected to be paid an unlivable wage.
