My experience overall has been excellent and I have a great mentor, although lately I have not had a chance to interact with her. The only reason I hesitate to encourage others to apply for a job here is that a person I tried to refer had a very negative recruitment experience.

Every single one is committed to th animals and our team. They pull together when things get challenging

They are interested in strategies to retain staff, particularly techs and vet assistants. They seem forward thinking and progressive.

Looking forward to working with my team, because I know that whatever challenges the work day holds, we will help each other
