I enjoy working with this company, the people are great. The communication is somewhat lacking for the staff in lower rank positions. The last-minute deadlines and requests can get a bit overwhelming.

Having a charge account for my pet(s). A raise offered after first 6 month evaluation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can call/text/email my leaders at any time and know that he/she will take the time to respond to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was offered the bottom dollar of the pay range listed when applying for the job. With the skill set I have and size of the company it would be nice if the work I have put into the company was recognized on my paycheck.
