Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company has been all over the board since day 1. No direction from leadership, no faith in corporate, and abandoned employees at center level. The company feels like it is being prepped to be sold and everyone is in fear of the future of their role.

Approachable, involved, busy, and driven

Free Pet Insurance, reasonable medical
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Opportunities for growth, but culture is worst part of job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture is horrible, turnover is extremely high, goals are unattainable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help out, however everyone is too busy to build a relationship.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding roles and responsibilities before laying off employees. Respecting work/life balance more to avoid burnout and high turnover.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is below standard, but benefits are average. Perks such as free pet services for employees aren't available due to understaffing, so that should be disclosed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are extremely smart people here. It's a shame leadership doesn't recognize the effort and would rather burn out employees with tasks unrelated to job description and employee skillset.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are great - they work hard and continue to bring ideas to the table. It's unfortunate that ideas are usually ignored, employees get burnt out, and turnover runs rampant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New leadership has derailed progress of the company by laying off important employees, not understanding how work gets done, and continuing to not care for their employees. Morale is at an all time low and decision makers keep making poor decisions in a vacuum that negatively impact the company.
