Feeling like I make a difference in the lives of my team and the employees/pets that they support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current leadership team is my most favorite version that DP has ever had. They are empathetic, strong, collaborative, and have strategy skills like no other leaders before them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no routine pay increases or consistent performance management metrics in place. There are very clear wage gaps between men/women in the company doing similar roles (or have even less responsibility).
