DP seems to be a great company. There are always lots of changes, nothing seems consistent.

Supportive, but hard to get a reply back when needed

Floating Holidays are a plus! Yearly raises for managers would be nice.

Pay is great, but havent had a raise in alomst 2 years

All awesome! They set you up for success and answer any questions you may have along the way

We are all supportive of each other,. When one is down, the team helps support and pick you up.
