Since being aquired, it has continued to go down hill. The last 3 months are the worse it's ever been. I worry for the safety and wellbeing of the dogs. The changes being implemented are destroying our company to turn more corporate, at the expense of client satisfaction, safety and care of the dogs

The dogs and clients are great
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show staff they are valued. Increase communication between staff and management. Be clear about policy changes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not hate their jobs. Certain managers could be polite to staff. Better working conditions (like access to drinking water).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much change, trying to turn a successful company into a generic corporate machine. Killing retail, training, eval process, employee satisfaction, focusing on revenue over quality of care, poorly trained staff, lack of guidance from management.
