I think there are a lot of dedicated and talented people within the organization.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be better processes in place. I feel like most of the details are scattered which makes it difficult to execute responsibilities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Overall, there needs to be a focus on improving processes. There is no consistency on any campaign. With a growing company, we are also extremely under staffed to properly execute campaigns for the 140+ centers.
