It has been mostly positive with the exception of it being a constant struggle to have employees come to work. I don't look forward to dealing with other management who can be challenging to work with

Always having a support team available to ask questions and help with any issue
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need lots of improvement. Too many call ins. Always have to double check everything. Trying to set very clear directions for them and hold them accountable to improve things.
