My time with this company has been very uncertain and challenging. I have no faith in our executive team to guide us as a company to a place where we continue to grow and strive. There seems to be no sense of direction with where our company is headed it all seems to be very reactionary.

My manager is supportive and encouraging

My coworkers need better communication and more initiative when it comes to daily duties

The management staff really try to make better changes for the rest of the staff.

This company seems to assign alot of unnecessary work and tasks that take away from being able to run our store effectively.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop buying locations and manage the ones you already have. This company isn't a pet company it's a company that buys other locations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the amount of work I put in with my dogs and the amount of compensation received do not match.

I work as a trainer setting my own lesson plans and programs for clients to purchase. A lot of the success of my program is up to me as the trainer and at this point I feel overworked and underpaid
