As the company has grown over the years, many things have changed. I've tried to adjust my team's goals as changes occur so we are forward thinking. Many times things do not move as fast as I think they should. I have the companies best interest at heart and the slow responses are frustrating.

DP employees are trying to make a difference at the corporate level.

The DP Leadership team is communicating more with the staff and that helps us understand the direction we are moving.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work that I do, the experience I have and the responsibilities, I am not fairly compensated compared to others in my same position at other companies.
