We currently have a group that works well together and there is very little toxicity currently in the clinic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication between corporate and our clinic is lacking. We often feel like we are not treated as real people on the other side of the computer screen. The staff would really like more frequent visits and communication directly with them.
