Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if the company would address the gender pay gaps, pay our RMs and GMs fairly based on the volume they oversee. The bonus structure changes every year, making it a moving target. RM bonus's are now capped and way below industry standard.
