Typical corporate experience. Lots of moving parts and change. Sometimes that change is for the sack of chain with no real purpose. Also, as is typical in most corporate environments people making changes just to justify their jobs.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Within the clinic we have a nice culture that is slowly eroding but is still special. Inconsistency at the coporate level is to blame for this eroding culture. Decide who you want to be and commit to becoming that.

They listen even though we don't always agree. At least they usually seek input.

Teamwork has and continues to be the cornerstone of our culture. Also caring for others. Both human and animal.

The leadership team within our clinic is doing a great job of trying to balance production with compassionate care for clients,patients and employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works exremely well such that the sum of our talents far exceed or indiviual talents. There is still a sense of total ownership where you rarlely hear,"not my job".

The team cares about each other. Cares about our patients . But just as importantly cares about our clients and the relationships we have and continue to develop with them. This team is also about doing their best each and every day.
