Most of my team is reliable and truly love the job they get to do. We are like a second family to one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a GM I put in 60 plus hours a week and am constantly filling shift when we have no shows. I feel the time and attention I put into my facility is worth more pay than offered
