Positive attitudes and great work ethic for the most part
What are some of the best things about your team?
They give their best every day despite the massive lack of organization within Destination Pet.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, understanding our unique situation and needs, hiring an executive team who understands the industry well and has actually worked in the field.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not even know where to begin with this question. I've had all the necessary conversations with management about all of the issues and we still have not seen effective change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have yet to receive our delayed earnout because of the company's payroll errors that have cost the company tens of thousands of dollars. Also I had requested a salary review at the one year mark and never heard back from management.
