For the most part, it's been okay. I've been here for almost three years and it seems I'm compensated just enough to keep sticking around. It also seems DP is completely money driven and not client driven and dog safety is not a priority, which is super sad. Especially because this is my community,

Pet oriented, not just clients but staff as well
What makes you most happy at work?
Days when everything goes smoothly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers would need to greatly improve their communication skills regarding injuries, illnesses, issues, or concerns with dogs in our care. Cleanliness is always an issue and it seems like no matter how many staff meetings we have about the same problems, the issues still persist.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I do not feel totally financially compensated for my time I've put into this company. The incremental bumps have been just enough to keep me around but not enough to make me content. My work/home life is imbalanced and there was little difference in my promotion to A.M.
