Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have enjoyed my time here. Being in a smaller center has advantages, but it is difficult for us keep our head above water some months. If we could get our facility yards looking like an enticing place it would make a world of difference for us. They come for the price, but stay for the staff

We are taking the time to learn how to best communicate with one another
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every one is always willing to lend a helping hand for a task and the staff is becoming great at encouraging each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued may be too strong of a word. Inflation is making it harder and harder to make ends meet. We are hearing this from customers too. PUSH PUSH PUSH
What makes you most happy at work?
The dogs, customers and staff. I love being able to have my dogs come and play with their friends. I have been able to make so many connections with owners because of this
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More clarity on changes and more time to prepare customers and staff. Making sure our third party partners ie gingr and cornerstone are handling things on their end in a timely manner. We are customer facing and it's not a good look when centers are unprepared or not supported.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I encourage people voice their opinions and creative ideas. We have become a family over these past 5 months. Employees will encourage each other and share ideas and suggestions they have in a constructive way. We talk about problems as they happen. Everyone is heard and has a chance to express...
