Acknowledging the hours and hard work spent during a Gingr Conversion.

They all strive to make sure that everything is completed and always working together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workload is nonstop, no time to take breaks due to being short staffed in our department.

The workload and demands to complete projects faster when we are receiving new centers every week and traveling every week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team is okay, they should do better with having managers who are leaders and don't show favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management makes me feel that way. I would feel better if I was making a living wage for my job responsibilities.

Our team has been tasked with multiple responsibilities and tasks from several departments with little to no acknowledgment or pay increases.
