The fast pace environment, interaction with clients!
What are some of the best things about your team?
True love for dogs, we are a very personal Center and develop relationships with all Clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have over 30 employees to manage. There are employees who are eligible for overtime. meawhile I am salary. so I am overworked and some pay periods I have staff who are making more than I am. This does not make sense.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My staff truly love all dogs no matter what. All dogs are different and we cater to all. My staff are very attentive to the dogs needs and pay very close attention to their personalities. Clients love that we know all dogs by name.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as though there should be more support from Regional Managers to assist with employee issues. more support. A lot of these general managers were thrown into their position with very little training before, all training is done afterwards when Managers are already dealing with a lot.
