I feel like the voice of those in the centers gets lost. We deal with things head on and we constantly say what works at one place may not work at another. Some goals and expectations are not achievable for all centers

Coming up with new ideas to get new clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are supporting of my goals and help me achieve them. My doctor and I have created a very strong bond. It is what keeps us at our center.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My regional manger is very supportive. He is the first one to understand my concerns. I feel like my struggles get lost otherwise. It seems they do what is best for them and not for those on the ground.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a job and it end up being more then what it was sold as. I have been on project red and unaware until recently. I have asked for support and it has not been heard. Despite all I have asked for I don’t
