I am not impressed with the lack of training. I feel I was thrown into the position with many added responsibilites and bot compensated for it. I love how kind everyone is when I mess something up, and how quickly they respond when I have a question.

There was little-no training. I am pleased that anything I ask for or need for my center or team, it is typically approved.

Looking at the work load I have, I deserve to be compensated for it.

The benefits are way to expensive and for the amount of work I do as a center manager, I am not compensated fairly.
