I love my hospital & the staff. but cooperate has fallen short on keeping their promises to us

I feel there has been little to no follow through...promise things that never happen...

Seeing pets & their people leave happy and hopefully healthier

Be more involved with each center. Marketing is a mess. Communication

How much each employee here has the pets & their parents needs as a priority. we truly love our clients

I haven't seen much positive from DP as a whole...I like our center its nice plase to work everyone has great core values
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have true passion for helping pets as well as the people...The clients are our family & their pets our our pets...We manage to give good care even when very short staffed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A Christmas Bonus would be nice...In my past jobs I would get $500 to $1000 a year at Christmas...Try some gift cards at least...or what about something from corporate for our birthdays...simple things make a difference
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked in this field for over 20 years we always got Christmas bonuses. the office was offered once in the two+ years $150 for a holiday party we have 7 people here not even enough to go out
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are all hard workers that understand what needs to get done each day & work together to get it done. as a team when problems arrive we are able to switch it up / adapt & move forward. we are passionate about our clients & their pets
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
we haven't seen much of the leadership team from cooperate except when they are on their way out. make time to listen to each team member. we are the ones out on the front line. all the changing systems make our everyday workflow more complicated than needs to be
