Everyone is always communicative and loves to teach and learn. Everyone is also compassionate and understanding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is absolutely amazing, and the the most communicative and transparent manager I have had the pleasure of being under.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the clinical sense, and with my immediate team, I feel very valued. However, with my current compensation, I would not be able to provide sustainable living conditions for myself. I am grateful that I have family to assist where they can.
