PTO is generous. Also, my CE allowance is fair.

Better management. Replace her, please.

PTO. The insurance socks. It doesn't even properly cover my medications.

My manager and assistant manager probably couldn't be worse if they tried.

Everything. My practice manager needs to be replaced. She is the absolute worst.

Better management. And they need to help out instead of sitting around giving orders.

Manager makes the environment negative. She does not care about anything except taking excessive time off without the company knowing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Put people and good medicine above the extra 25 cents they are trying to wring out of people. Be less penny wise and pound foolish. Think things through and consult people on the ground before they mandate gigantic changes.
