I feel that they make too many changes too quickly and they dont actually work for all centers but they dont get to know each center to see what works. Benefits are grest though

The friends and able to work without drama

Actually making changes that help those working on the floor

Being able to work with people who genuinely care about each other and the pets in our care.

Try to retain the staff that you currently have and pay them more rather than expanding to new companies, and forgetting about the ones that are here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work that i do i feel that i am not paid fairly. Also does not meet the standard of the pay around our area

For the responsibilities that are required of me, I do do not feel that the pay is sufficient. Even compared to other companies leads are not paid what they are valued for the workload that they take on.
