Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid for the amount of problems that come up within the facility that need to be fixed. Every month something new or something that was already "fixed" is broken and needs to be handled which takes away my attention from my employees and my daily tasks. A higher pay would help.
