Love the schedule and location. Works well with my personal buisness and I almost always get my days off thatninrequest. Im a good worker and enjoy working with animals. I dont like that its min wage and a lot of workers are NOT kind loving dog people.

Theres not much conflict in the facility

It w would be nice to get a little higher pay because I've been here so long

My leader team taught me to the best of their abilities to train me to be the best.

The manager only takes into consideration when the leads conplain about staff but never when staff complains about leads

They are very trustworthy and try to do their best for the facility and dogs here. They are also very flexible with my schedule

My team works very hard to keep the place running with the dogs happiness in mind. Even if they arent perfect theyre still doing their best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am undervalued bc i do so much work as as a supervisor, am constantly getting everything done and taken care of, and barely have time for breaks due to low staffing. If I were paid better, all the mishaps and no breaks would be OK with me
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Minimal staffing. Rooms are always over in dogs, peole call in constantly, nothing gets fixed when its broken, no one interacts with the dogs how they should, and hardly extra services get done because we dont have wnough staff. Trad dogs just hang in their suite all daybwith minimal human interact
