Overall my exprrience has been good. I did like my experience when I started more than now but I liked the people and the chance to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody knows we can talk to eachother about anything that is going on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing and getting to care for the dogs makes me the most happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the managees will step up and help kennel attendants when we fall behind.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to learn to stay on the timeline and move quickly. We can work better as a team by learning to ask for help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I started wirk I started at 9 and got a raise to make 10. I have been there over a year and I make ad much as the new kennel attendants and that is eith a raise. I would like to earn more.
