It is going good so far. People definitely could be more positive. There needs to be more communication and teamwork. There needs to be a clear system of "Group Potty" because it is just chaos at this point.

Working with the dogs because I have a passion gor dog beagvior and psychology!

Im doing more work than what im payed for with no raise or promotion.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the dogs! I love taking the time to understand a nervous dog or calming down an excited dog. I love dog behavior and pschology and will one day have my own business!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be more communication and teamwork. They can be more positive. Label dogs and their leashes/collars because it makes counting so much easier. There needs to be a system in place for potty breaks. Just help and everyone's life better by working together.
