Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher pay. nobody understands what its like basically being abused by dogs on a daily, i get we love dogs and chose this job but it would be better if we didnt get paid minimum wage. we get bruises constantly and i feel we deserve a higher pay.
