It is difficult to set expectations for the front desk to schedule my grooming appointments. Some days i am wildly overbooked. The Yourgi app is horrible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we all love dogs!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working on the dogs and making them look good!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a groomer, it is unusual to have PTO and Health Insurance, so that is nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They genuinely live and care for the dogs here. I am the only groomer, but it seems like the stff get along well for the most part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Robert is an amazing General Manager and absolutely tries his best to make working here a good experience. As a groomer I feel like he bends over backwards to make sure I am happy and taken care of so I dont walk out the door when things get crazy. The other staff leads and managers here do great.
