I am unhappy. I sold my practice to DP and they have not kept their promises. I am not going to be able to keep my end of the deal production wise with all the changes and will not earn my additional payout which means I will leave when I get fed up. No one seems to care about my opinion.

We all work well together and are supporting each other through the chaos that DP is wreaking on our hospital
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to seek out the opinions of the MD's. They have done a lot of things without notice and are wreaking havoc on our hospital. Changing software, changing the codes, changing the prices WITHOUT the feedback of the MD. wow. It's also really difficult to get anything fixed quickly
