I feel like I don't get enough appreciation for what i do. I work very hard and I feel like I am not paid enough for the work I do.

Having integrity and upholding everyone to the same standards. Making sure there is equitable accountability for everyone and all departments including the managers. Setting reasonable expectations for the time given to complete tasks. Understanding the realistic operations of the business.
