My general manager is amazing because he cares about his people, and isnr afraid to stand up for what is best for our center.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The raise and bonus structure you guys have is absolutely bogus. You make us raise our prices and give peak pricing, for what benefit of the employees? Nothing. All you want to do is impress your investors. We deserve more than this, when we continually show that we are profitable every month.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My center has an amazing team with an incredible amount of combined years of experience. We work through the challenges DP has unfortunately given to us, and try to turn them into a positive as best as we can. We care about our clients and our dogs and each other, and it shows.
